On October 30, 2023 you will receive an invoice for your booking with a paylink for credit card payment by return.

Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

By direct payment in advance the cost can be assigned easier to the correct AGCO entity and the organization team is relieved from the invoicing process after the show.

Yes, no problem. ­ Just send an email to ines.gerdes@hanno-fair.com with your wishes. In case of cancellation we try to resell & refund 75% until January 15, 2024.

Your ticket link is enclosed in the registration. Please refer to agco@xfair.com in case of difficulties to resend your ticket link.

Hanno­-Fair Events operates a 24­ hours hotline during the trade show dates at +49 5321 ­35880-21 & -22. Should these lines be busy, it is essential to leave your name and phone number so we can get in touch in the next minutes after your call for support.

If the room can be resold we refund 75% to your credit card, if not 100% cancellation fee apply.

Neither AGCO nor the local organizers can be held liable for any claim resulting in connection with their participation at the trade show. Participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements as necessary. Please check travel insurance covered via your credit card.
